3. Products and descriptions
Bandeja Paddle sells padel rackets, balls, clothing and accessories. We take care to describe and photograph every item accurately, but colours may appear differently between screens, and manufacturers occasionally change specifications or packaging without notice. Slight variations of that kind are not defects.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in new Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel without charge.

5. Delivery

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 14 days so we can put it right.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your statutory right to cancel a distance purchase under Israeli consumer protection law applies in addition to anything set out here, and nothing in these terms reduces it.
Beyond that, Bandeja Paddle accepts returns within [14] days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Rackets that show court wear, and items such as grips or underwear that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, email [returns@bandeja-paddle.com] with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the item. Return postage is at your expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Faulty goods and warranty
If an item is faulty on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are typically [12] months and cover manufacturing defects only — not cracks or wear caused by normal play, mishits, impacts against walls or the floor, or storage in extreme heat.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this site, scrape it at scale, resell our content, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe such activity is taking place.

The Bandeja Paddle name, logo, site design, text and photography belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and logos of the manufacturers whose products we sell remain the property of those manufacturers.
11. Liability
Padel is a physical sport and equipment carries inherent risk. Please use rackets and other equipment as the manufacturer intends, and seek medical advice if you are unsure whether the sport suits you. To the extent permitted by law, Bandeja Paddle is not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse of a product, and our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law
